Refund policy

At Trident Yacht Miami, we prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction while ensuring that our policies align with industry standards. By booking a charter with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy:

1. All Sales Are Final & Non-Refundable

  • Once payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, no-shows, weather conditions, personal emergencies, or last-minute changes.
  • We do not issue refunds for payments made via Zelle, credit/debit card, wire transfer, or any other banking method.

2. Rescheduling Policy (For Weather-Related Issues Only)

  • If the U.S. Coast Guard declares unsafe boating conditions (e.g., hurricanes, tropical storms, or extreme weather), the charter may be rescheduled to a mutually agreed-upon date within six (6) months of the original booking.
  • Light rain, overcast skies, or moderate winds do NOT qualify for rescheduling.

3. No Chargeback or Dispute Policy

  • By making a payment, you waive any right to dispute the charge through your bank, Zelle, or credit card provider.
  • Any unauthorized chargebacks or disputes will be considered a breach of contract, and we reserve the right to take legal action to recover funds, including adding collection fees, legal fees, and reporting the dispute as fraud.

4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • Customers must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure to allow for check-in and boarding.
  • Late arrivals do NOT qualify for refunds or additional time extensions.
  • No-shows (arriving 30+ minutes after departure time) will result in a full forfeiture of the charter fee.

5. Refunds for Mechanical Issues

  • If a mechanical failure prevents the yacht from departing, we will offer:
    • A rescheduled trip at no additional cost OR
    • A credit for a future booking within six (6) months.
  • Partial refunds may be considered only if the trip is cut short due to unforeseen vessel issues caused by Trident Yacht Miami.

6. Customer Responsibility & Conduct

  • The charterer assumes full responsibility for any damage to the yacht, equipment, or property caused by negligence or reckless behavior.
  • Illegal activities, excessive intoxication, or violation of crew instructions will result in an immediate termination of the charter with no refund.

7. Payment Agreement

  • By making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms in this Refund Policy.
  • You acknowledge that Trident Yacht Miami is not responsible for banking disputes, including those initiated through Zelle, credit card companies, or financial institutions.
