Terms of service
Welcome to Trident Yacht Miami! These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern the use of our yacht charter services. By booking a charter with us, you (“Customer,” “Charterer,” or “Client”) agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
1. BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY
- All bookings require a full payment or a non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation.
- Payment can be made via Zelle, credit/debit card, wire transfer, or other approved methods.
- The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid prior to departure. Failure to pay the balance will result in cancellation without a refund.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
2. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- All payments are final and non-refundable. No exceptions.
- Charters may be rescheduled only in the event of unsafe boating conditions as determined by the U.S. Coast Guard (e.g., hurricanes, extreme storms).
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or customer no-shows.
- Customers waive their right to dispute charges or file chargebacks with banks or financial institutions.
3. YACHT USAGE & RESPONSIBILITY
- The yacht may only be used for legal and recreational activities.
- Illegal drugs, firearms, and hazardous substances are strictly prohibited on board.
- Customers are responsible for any damage to the vessel caused by their actions or negligence.
4. CREW & SAFETY REGULATIONS
- The yacht is operated by a licensed captain and crew who have full authority over safety procedures.
- Passengers must comply with all crew instructions to ensure safety.
- Life jackets and safety equipment are provided and must be used as required.
- Trident Yacht Miami reserves the right to terminate any charter without a refund if passengers engage in reckless, dangerous, or illegal activities.
5. LIABILITY WAIVER
- Trident Yacht Miami is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or property damage that occur during the charter.
- The charterer assumes full responsibility for all guests onboard and agrees to hold Trident Yacht Miami harmless from any claims or liabilities.
6. WEATHER POLICY
- Charters will proceed in light rain or cloudy conditions.
- If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain or U.S. Coast Guard, the trip may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
- Customers may not cancel due to personal weather preferences.
7. NO-SHOW & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
- Customers must arrive 30 minutes before departure for check-in.
- No refunds or reschedules will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows.
8. CHARTER DURATION & ADDITIONAL CHARGES
- Charter time begins and ends as scheduled.
- If a customer requests to extend the trip, additional fees will apply and must be paid before extending.
- Any damage to the yacht, lost items, or excessive cleaning needs may result in additional charges.
9. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
- By booking a charter, you waive your right to dispute or chargeback any payments made via Zelle, credit/debit card, or other financial platforms.
- Unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as fraud, and Trident Yacht Miami reserves the right to take legal action, including reporting disputes to collections agencies.
10. MODIFICATIONS & TERMINATION
- Trident Yacht Miami reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
- We may refuse service to anyone for violating our policies, safety rules, or engaging in unlawful behavior.
11. AGREEMENT
By booking a charter with Trident Yacht Miami, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
